Travel Arrangements for 2011 Meet and Greet: The Meet and Greet will be held on 7/15/2011 at The Children's Hospital in Aurora, Colorado, USA.
If you are flying as your means of transportation to the 2011 PJS Meet and Greet, consider flying in on Thursday 7/14 (or before).
Denver is the mile high city so if you are coming from sea level it is important to give your body time to acclimate to the altitude. Please drink lots of water. Denver is an arid climate and hydration is a key to feeling well.
Cambria Suites is the hotel that The Children’s Hospital Recommends. The hotel quoted rates of $89.00 a night for groups meeting at The Children’s Hospital. They offer free shuttles to and from DIA as well as The Children’s Hospital. So renting a car is optional depending on your travel needs.
Cambria Suites Denver Airport (CO215) 16001 E. 40th Circle, Aurora, CO, US, 80011 Phone: (303) 576-9600 Fax: (303) 373-1498
To get the group rate, just mention that you are part of the PJS Support Group. There are several rooms for our group. They do not know what PJS stands for and hotels are required by law to keep confidentiality. As Aurora Colorado is not a travel destination, we are planning a mountain retreat for the weekend following the event.
